Sirri Styles: Cutting a slow booking flow down to under a minute

Sirri Styles: Cutting a slow booking flow down to under a minute — project walkthrough
Half gave up mid-booking. Now the flow takes under a minute.
★★★★★
“It was annoying because people clearly wanted to book, but the form made it feel like work. Kodeark helped us remove the extra steps, and the shorter version just felt obvious once we saw it.”

01 Problem

What was not working

Users were clicking to book, but too many left before finishing. The booking flow asked for too much information too early, and every extra step gave people another chance to stop. The product did not need a prettier form. It needed less friction.

02 What we found

The real issue

The form was built around what the business wanted to collect, not what the user needed to do first. Some questions were useful later, but they were slowing down the moment that mattered most. The part needing attention was the booking completion path.

03 The fix

What we changed

We reduced the first booking flow to the minimum information needed to confirm intent. Optional questions were moved later, labels were made clearer, and the CTA was rewritten so users knew exactly what would happen after clicking. We also recommended tracking form starts, field drop-offs, and completed bookings, so the team could see where people were leaving instead of guessing.

04 What we built

The outcome

A shorter, clearer booking flow that reduced hesitation and made the next step feel easier.

05 Result

Sirri Styles cut the average booking time from just over three minutes to 52 seconds, and completion rose from 46% to 61%.
