01 Problem
What was not working
New users landed on the page and had too many choices. Every feature was explained, but nothing was prioritised. Instead of guiding people toward the next action, the page asked them to understand everything at once. The design was creating attention overload.
02 What we found
The real issue
Each section made sense on its own, but together they competed. The page needed a stronger visual hierarchy, clearer messaging, and a more obvious path from problem to action. The part needing attention was the order of information.
03 The fix
What we changed
We rebuilt the page structure around CRO basics: clear promise, proof near the claim, one primary action, and fewer competing messages. The most important use case moved higher, the secondary features moved lower, and the CTA became easier to find. We also suggested testing two hero variants: one focused on the pain point and one focused on the outcome, so the team could see which message converted better.
04 What we built
The outcome
A cleaner page that helped users understand what the product did, why it mattered, and what to do next.
05 Result
HOMELITE Focus™ increased product demo clicks from 7.8% to 12.4% after the redesign, with fewer users dropping off before the main CTA.
