01 Problem
What was not working
Signal needed to make coaching feel trustworthy from the first click. Visitors were not just buying a session. They were choosing someone to help with career growth, stress, anxiety, relationships, leadership, healthy habits, and personal change. That meant the platform had to prove quality quickly: verified credentials, evidence-led practitioners, secure payments, transparent coach rates, no long-term contracts, and private 1:1 online sessions.
02 What we found
The real issue
The real issue was trust and matching. Signal was not a generic appointment tool. It was a curated coaching marketplace where clients needed to understand the promise, compare specialists, and feel safe enough to book. The important product moments were clear: search by challenge or coach, book in under a minute, pay through secure checkout, then meet through secure Zoom. Everything else had to support that path.
03 The fix
What we changed
We shaped the experience around Signal's four-step journey: Search, Book, Pay, Meet. The page moved from broad explanation into focused choices, so visitors could quickly find the coaching area that mattered to them. We also made the trust layer visible: SCA certified positioning, verified professional coaches, global specialists across 20+ countries, 9 coaching specialisms, transparent pricing, secure and fast booking, and no subscription requirement.
04 What we built
The outcome
A standards-led coaching marketplace where clients can browse featured coaches, review specialisms, see session rates, and book private online coaching with confidence. The story also made Signal's purpose clearer: connect qualified, evidence-led coaches with the clients who genuinely need their work while protecting coach quality, rates, craft, and reputation.
05 Result
Signal Life Coaching is now a trusted coaching marketplace that makes finding and booking the right coach simple.
